Eggless Crêpe Saga Part 1

This is the translation of the last speech bubble.

I still can’t figure out why (as someone who doesn’t intentionally consume meat) I avoid eating eggs, even in baked goods.  Stuff with eggs in it undoubtedly tastes good, and it isn’t as if the cows that make the milk I drink are any happier than the chickens in congested cages.

It really isn’t a consistent position on consuming animal products (forget about my sable-hair watercolour brushes).  I guess part of me is resigned to the idea living is really impossible without accepting that you are going to inconvenience another organism with a nervous system at some point in your life.
